Complete account removal instructions
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please ensure you have completed all active orders and saved any important data before proceeding.
Open the BBSide mobile application and ensure you're logged into your account
Ensure you have no unfinished and already paid orders where you act as a provider
Navigate to your profile section within the app
Click on the gear icon in the top right corner of your profile
Select "Settings", and on the opened screen, click "Delete Account"
Your account will be completely removed from our system. Please note the following:
Your messages saved in conversations with other users will not be deleted. You must manually delete these conversations on the chat page.
Unique service names created by you will not be deleted as they contribute to a unique database of existing service names and can be used by other users.
All data created by you during the use of the app will be deleted, including your email used for authorization and your connection to our systems.
